‘Use an English one next time’ say Scots tomato lovers
Greetings Entrepreneurs!
First of all I was asked if the poor tomato that I hammered to a pulp was Scottish. This is in fact a reference to one of the first projects I ever undertook the regeneration of the Clyde Valley tomato industry. No I am not joking, Scotland does grow tomatoes in the beautiful micro-climate of the Clyde. Valley.
