Business Ideas #2: The ‘dignity’ cape?

Anyone know if this idea made it into business?

Did we dream this or has someone actually invented a “dignity” cape that can be worn by mothers wanting to breast feed their babies in public places?

I wonder what the Dragon’s Den panel would think of it
